Thomas Knecht

Thomas C. Knecht started working for the company's Corporate Performance Competence Center in January 2007 in Munich and Berlin. After getting his degree in business administration and law from the University of Munich, he earned a Ph.D. in corporate finance from the Wharton School in Philadelphia and the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. His professional career started in investment banking. Before joining Roland Berger, he worked for the restructuring practice of a competitor in Munich and New York. His expertise includes restructuring, strategic finance, distressed investments and mergers & acquisitions in various industries. He focuses on family businesses, mid-cap businesses and strategic finance investors.
