Fabrice Asvazadourian

Fabrice Asvazadourian joined Roland Berger as Partner in the Paris Office in 2011 with more than 15 years of experience as a strategy consultant dedicated to the Financial Services Industry. Fabrice was also during 6 year Chairman and CEO of an industrial medium-sized company.

Fabrice has advised his clients on themes covering strategy (planning, acquisition/partnership, integration), commercial effectiveness (marketing and distribution) as well as operational efficiency. Fabrice has managed major transformation/restructuring programs at several financial institutions, and his client portfolio covers major banks in France and Benelux. Fabrice is an expert in retail banking and has a in-depth knowledge of the cooperative banking sector. He is also a specialist of specialized financial services (consumer credit, factoring, leasing) and wealth management.

Fabrice holds an engineering degree from the Ecole des Mines de Paris.
