Jérôme Rein joined Roland Berger in 2008 and is now Partner in the Engineered Products and High Tech Competence Center at the Paris office. Prior to joining Roland Berger, he worked for two global management consulting firms.

Jérôme Rein has over 17 years of management consulting experience, with a focus on improvement and business transformation projects in several industrial sectors. In 2004, he started up his own consulting firm that focused on strategic change projects in the aerospace & defense industry.

Jérôme Rein graduated from Ponts & Chaussées Engineering Grande Ecole and ESSEC Business School in Paris (France).
