The innovative working climate and challenge of being confronted with novel tasks every day and getting your head around them. Those are the reasons why Robert has been a consultant for more than 10 years. He also finds it exciting to work in different industries and countries. Success for him is when you implement a project that contributes to a sustainable improvement. He spends around 30 percent of his time designing projects and about 70 percent focusing on implementation. He works on all aspects of traditional operations issues such as purchasing, supply chain management, engineering, production and R&D. Robert feels at home in all industries, but his favorite is engineered products – mechanical and systems engineering as well as automotive.
