Before joining Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Joost Geginat worked with Deutsche Bank in Germany. He has a master in business management from the university of Cologne and HEC Paris.

He coaches industrial companies in versatile strategic and operational issues. He mainly focuses on strategy development and implementation, post merger integration as well as complex restructuring and reorganizational projects.
