"Breaking new grounds"

While listening and talking to a former Partner during a speech about low cost country sourcing Roland decided to switch his profession. During this period he established as Purchasing Manager for production materials plants for CEE.

After joining Roland Berger, instead of working only on functional tasks, he developed all in the sudden mainly concepts. This new split exceeded even his expectations. From a conceptual standpoint and project importance he helps today the client to break new grounds: e.g. Transferring best practice into new industries and to improve performance or redesign the process of a footprint organization.

In his private life he act as a sailor: hard winds and one feet between boat and shelf. As anybody is interested: Roland does his turns in the Atlantic sea and is interested to invite you…
