Andreas Bauer

Andreas is the head of the international Consumer Goods and Retail Competence Center. He manages the activities of our Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Retail and Luxury-Fashion-Sports practice groups from our Munich office.

Andreas has been a management consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants since 1990. His project work focuses on topics related to strategy, organization, marketing, sales, restructuring and change management.

Before starting his career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Andreas worked for Arthur Andersen in New Zealand and as Country Manager for Mexx in Austria.

Andreas has two young daughters and likes to spend the time with his family when he is not travelling. Skiing and sailing are his favorite hobbies, but he also appreciates art and music.

Andreas holds a university degree in Business Administration from the University of Innsbruck and completed the MBA program at INSEAD in 1989. He is also on the board of the INSEAD Alumni Organization.
