Eric Baart

Eric manages the industry, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals competence centers of the office in Belgium.

From 1990, Eric has held several international management positions at Cargill Foods, PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting Services and IBM Business Consulting Services.

Eric started his career at Cargill, the world's biggest food commodity processing and trading company. He evolved from several trader positions to management functions, where he supervised Business Units in several countries.

Since 1998, Eric has been working as a consultant. He focuses on projects related to Strategy, Process and Organisation, with a strong emphasis on Change Management. His broad experience stems from accompanying clients through Corporate Transformation, focusing on opportunities in Marketing & Sales as well as Supply Chain and Finance.

Eric likes to spend time with his family. He is the proud father of Valérie and Anne-Sophie. Jogging, skiing and travelling are his favourite hobbies. He also appreciates Arts and good restaurants.

Eric holds a Master degree in Economics from Ufsia (Antwerp), complimented with numerous Executive programs.
