François Castelein

François-Xavier joined Roland Berger in 2003 as a Consultant and was promoted to Principal in January 2012. He studied Commercial Engineering at the UCL and holds as well a CEMS Masters degree. Prior to Roland Berger, François-Xavier worked for over three years in the Telecoms industry, both in Brussels and Paris, where he spent the last two years. His functions included business planning and commercial management.

His domain of expertise includes Engineered Products, Telecoms and Consumer Goods. François-Xavier has worked on a wide scope of issues in Corporate and Business Unit strategy, Cost Containment and Operational Performance Improvement, Business Planning, Sales and Marketing.
