Paolo Massardi

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at University of Brescia (Italy), Paolo Massardi holds an additional Master in Management of Production at Chalmers University of Technology – Gothenburg (Sweden) and a Postgraduate in Management & Finance at VUB Brussels (Belgium).

He has more than 12 years of professional experience, 4 of which as Logistics and Supply Chain manager at Procter & Gamble at the EMEA headquarters in Brussels and 8 in top management consulting.

After a relevant experience in another consulting firm in Milan, in 2003 he joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Brussels and then moved to Milan.

During these years he has developed competences and projects in numerous areas such as Energy & Chemicals, Consumer Goods & Retail, Engineered Products and Financial Services.
