Thomas Wendt

Thomas F. Wendt is a Principal at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He is a member of the North American Management Team and based in the Detroit office. His areas of practice include automotive manufacturers, suppliers and distributor/retail groups as well as clients in the PE industry and financial community. He joined the firm in 2001.

Tom also worked for AlixPartners as a Vice President between 2007 and 2008 and for Audi do Brasil in the logistics planning department from 1999 to 2000. As interim COO he headed the turnaround of one of the top-10 automotive dealer groups in Germany. He has extensive experience in marketing & sales, corporate finance and restructuring as well as in corporate and business strategy.

Tom earned a master's degree in business administration and mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany.
