Nadezhda Larina

Nadezhda Larina has been providing management consulting and auditing services for clients in the steel, non-ferrous, automotive and engineered products industries since 2002.

Nadezhda joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2005, where she has supported the largest mining and metals companies in the Russian region and a number of global players. In particular, she focuses on improving their production efficiency and implementing restructuring and turnaround strategies.

Before joining Roland Berger, Nadezhda worked with the largest metals and industrial companies as a senior auditor in KPMG's auditing department. Now she heads Roland Berger's Metals and Mining and Corporate Performance Practice Groups in Russia and Ukraine. She is a certified IFRS auditor (ACCA). Nadezhda studied at the State University of Management in Moscow and University of Passau in Germany.
