Max Falckenberg

Max Falckenberg is Partner in the Restructuring and Corporate Finance Competence Center of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He can look back on more than twelve years of experience in strategic, operational and financial restructuring, serving several dozen clients in a variety of industries. Max Falckenberg has guided debtors, creditors and customers through corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and debt restructuring. His expertise is based mainly in the tourism, construction, retail and retail supplier industries. Before joining Roland Berger in 2000, he spent five years with KPMG Financial Advisory Services in Berlin and London.

Max Falckenberg has published a number of articles and also lectures frequently throughout Europe. He holds a degree in business administration and studied at the University of Passau, the Humboldt-University of Berlin and the Haas School of Business (UCLA/Berkeley), USA. In 1999, he became a Certified Public Accountant in San Diego, USA.
