Benno van Dongen

Benno van Dongen is a member of the Amsterdam office management team. He is responsible for the Engineered Products & High Tech, Automotive and Corporate Strategy & Organization Competence Centers in the Netherlands.

Benno focuses on strategic planning and organizational design, technology management and entrepreneurship. He is also the initiator and founder of the Network of Young Entrepreneurs, which assists graduate and Ph.D. students at Delft University of Technology in setting up technology start-ups.

Benno works mainly in technology-intensive industries, at the intersection of technology and business strategy. Many of his projects have focused on changing business processes through intensive coaching.

Benno holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
