"As consultants, we have a huge responsibility. We take ownership of our projects and need to know the consequences of our actions. For example, all stakeholders matter, not just the shareholders," says Thomas.

The big challenge today is to exploit globalization while also maintaining "the good old values". Thomas' consulting background makes him the right man for mastering this challenge. He's very international, loves to travel and enjoys working in international teams. He also has 20 years of consulting experience that includes setting up business from scratch for a major electrical engineering and electronics company.

In his spare time he enjoys playing sports with his wife and two children. Otherwise, he keeps busy by restoring and driving his two vintage cars.
