Ping Yi studied investment economics at Shanghai's Tongji University and received an MBA from the Sino-German College for Graduate Study at Tongji University.

She joined Roland Berger Shanghai in 2001 and was promoted Principal in 2010.

She has extensive experience in the EPHT, energy and automotive industries, with a functional focus on strategy, organizational and PMI projects.

Her list of acquired and managed projects ranges from large Chinese state-owned enterprises to multinational accounts.
