Torsten Henzelmann
Dr. Torsten Henzelmann studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. After graduating, he worked for two energy supply companies in the areas of energy management and consulting. At this time he completed his dissertation on change processes in energy supply companies.
He joined Roland Berger in 1998 and is Partner at the Munich office. His projects include all corporate management issues for leading international industrial and service providers, plus environmental technology firms and public institutions.
He has worked on both strategic and operational topics for numerous projects. The breadth of his experience encompasses strategic realignment of companies to handling transactions to post-merger integrations. He always participates in the implementation of concepts and solutions.
He has authored numerous publications on environmental technology and the real estate market. He focuses primarily on corporate real estate management, facility management, and environmental technologies.
