Nikolay Grachev

Nikolay Grachev has over seven years' experience in top-management consulting. He joined Roland Berger's Moscow office in 2005 and is now responsible for developing the energy practice in Russia. His projects in the energy sector range from efficiency improvement to strategy development for leading European and Russian energy and oil companies. Grachev has gathered solid know-how in post merger integration, investment project assessment and process development. His skills also cover organizing project management in conducting new projects.

Nikolay holds business degrees from Berlin Humboldt University and St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance, as well as a master's in political theory from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
