Long lifecycle products are a central feature of the projects at the Engineered Products & High Tech Competence Center. Through numerous projects with international clients and our various in-house studies, Roland Berger has gained broad and well-founded expertise in machinery and production systems, environmental technologies and high-tech systems. Over the past decade, Roland Berger has extended its international scope in these fields and supported clients in Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
The long lifecycle products practice group is active in the three industry segments machinery and production systems, environmental technology and high-tech systems. Since the first severely suffered under the economic crisis and are now facing global trends affecting nearly all applications, Roland Berger supports these players in developing adequate growth strategies.
Environmental technology and in particular green business continuously enjoy promising growth and thus rely on joint strategy development and cross-functional performance optimization.
