Holger Dümler has more than 8 years of professional experience in top management and strategy consulting.

Prior to joining Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a Partner in 2008, he was a member of the financial services team with the Boston Consulting Group. Holger focuses mainly on PMI management, IT and corporate and retail banking. His areas of expertise include defining strategies, transforming businesses and redesigning processes.

Holger graduated from the University of Bayreuth with a degree in business administration and a PhD in economics.
