Maxim Bychkov

Maxim is Partner for our financial services clients in Russia and CIS. For over 15 years, he has advised insurance, investment and leasing companies as well as banks in Russia and CIS.

Maxim has held executive positions at investment and corporate banks and an international insurance company. He moved into strategy consulting in 2004. His expertise covers strategy development, organizational solutions, M&A, crisis management, operations improvement and sales/marketing.

Maxim holds an MBA from McCombs GSB of UT Austin and a Master's degree from Moscow University.
