Nicolas Taufflieb

Nicolas Taufflieb graduated from ESSEC MBA and started his career as an auditor in a bank. Before joining Roland Berger, Nicolas had worked in consulting for more than 10 years, handling issues of cost reduction and strategy for the financial services sector.

Nicolas has worked intensively with major French financial institutions on cost reduction, operational efficiency, mergers and performance improvement projects. One of his key projects was the global efficiency plan he managed for leading European banks, with a focus on retail banking and support functions.
