Lukas Weber

Lukas D. Weber is a Partner in our Zurich office and specializes in the insurance industry.

After completing his Ph.D. in insurance performance management at the University of St. Gallen, he started his career at a Swiss insurance company before joining a leading American strategy consulting firm. He then spent several years with a global insurance group, leading several business units and key projects. Later, Lukas worked at a major international banking group as regional head in Basle and most recently in charge of Swiss institutional clients in Zurich.

Lukas is a specialist in life & general insurance, asset management and retail & private banking. He leads the insurance initiatives of Roland Berger in Switzerland.
