Frank Lateur

Frank is a Principal in the Brussels office and focuses on Engineered Products & High-Tech, Chemicals and Metals, areas in which he has led many projects.

Since 1994, Frank has held several management positions at ADP, PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting Services, and IBM Global Business Services.

Frank started his career in the Information Technology industry, where he worked in Software Engineering as well as in Marketing. He successfully launched a commercial software package.

Since 1998, he has been working as a management consultant. His expertise includes corporate and operations strategies as well as organizational design. In addition, he has led many performance improvement programs, including cost reductions, purchasing and synergy realizations.

Frank holds a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering from the KU Leuven and an MBA from the London Business School.
