Martin Eisenhut
Martin is head of the global EPHT Competence Center. He has more than 18 years of management consulting experience. He has always worked in the manufacturing industry, such as for clients in the machinery, automation, aerospace & defence, automotive supply or microelectronics industries.
Until 2002, Martin was an Associate Partner at Roland Berger in Munich. He then joined Deloitte Consulting, where he managed the Munich office and Corporate Strategy Practice before switching to Oliver Wyman, where as a Director he focused mainly on turnaround & performance improvement. He re-joined Roland Berger in 2008 as a Partner in the Munich office, where he is responsible for the engineered products/high tech business.
Martin has a degree in computer science and a PhD in business administration from the Technical University of Munich.
