Matthias Rückriegel

Matthias Rückriegel is a member of the Corporate Finance Competence Center of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Frankfurt. From 1998 to 2011, Matthias gained professional experience in corporate finance with international investment banks and logistics companies. He joined our Corporate Finance Competence Center as a Principal in February 2011 and advises clients across various industries on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and IPOs.

His main areas of expertise are mergers & acquisitions, IPOs and PIPE transactions. Matthias has worked on a broad range of cross-border and domestic projects in various industries, such as transportation/logistics, aviation, business services, media and aerospace & defense.

Matthias holds a master's degree in business administration and economics from Justus-Liebig University, Giessen, Germany, and attended the Executive Education programs of Wharton Business School and Harvard Business School.
