Alexei Nesterenko

Alexei has about 11 years of experience in management consulting.

Before joining the Roland Berger Moscow office in 2008, he worked on a number of consulting projects in Russia (including doing work for the EU and SAP Consulting). He has practical experience in project management, marketing and sales operations, value-based management, IT-driven business transformations and IT solution strategies for ERP, SCM and CRM systems. At SAP Consulting, he honed his skills in business strategies, IT organization and performance management.

Alexei has an MBA from the University of Bath, where he specialized in competitive strategies and organizational structures for hi-tech companies.
