Codrut Pascu

Codrut Pascu, the Managing Partner of our Bucharest office, started as a consultant with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 1998 and worked his way up to Partner in less than 10 years – one of which he spent completing an MBA program at INSEAD.

His time with the company gained him exposure to various industries such as telecom, energy and utilities, financial services, pharmaceuticals, as he worked on and managed numerous projects in our Bucharest and London offices: the restructuring and integration of a newly acquired Romanian company on behalf of a multinational utilities firm, the restructuring of the UK and Scandinavian operations of a global industrial company, the elaboration of a development strategy for a major European fixed-telephony operator - to name but a few.
