Jonathan Rowan
Based in London, Jonathan has over 20 years experience working in a variety of roles in the telecom, media and technology sectors.
For the past ten years, Jonathan has worked as a management consultant. Jonathan's focus industries include fixed and mobile telecoms and cable operators, e-commerce, construction materials and media and entertainment. Functional expertise includes all aspects of transformational strategy, operational effectiveness and performance improvement, sales and marketing and organization and complexity management. Jonathan has advised a wide variety of clients including numerous major international incumbent operators, private equity, media companies, cable operators, technology and construction firms and major international retailers in Europe, North America and Asia.
Recent telecoms related project work has focused on areas such as IPTV, MVNO, mobile TV, digital media, Web 2.0, fixed mobile convergence, VOIP, managed services and ICT services, fixed and wireless technologies, wholesale markets and carrier services. Other recent project work has focused on sales force effectiveness and pricing in a variety of industries as well as market entry and e-commerce strategy for multiple sectors.
Prior to joining Roland Berger in 2007, Jonathan was with CSMG Adventis. Jonathan holds an executive MBA from London Business School.
