Tobias Plate

A graduate of the University of Mannheim and the Heidenheim University of Cooperative Education, Tobias also holds a Ph.D. in business psychology. He has more than 10 years of professional experience, 7 of which he has spent in top management consulting. Tobias began his career in the financial services sector before switching to consulting.

He joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2002, where he has specialized in restructuring and corporate finance and supported a number of global players as well as SMEs in strategic realignment and performance improvement. In 2007, he joined Roland Berger's Middle East team.
