Roland Berger Strategy Consultants welcomes Uwe Johnen and Jan-Hendrik Többe as new Partners in the Corporate Performance Competence Center

Effective November 1, Uwe Johnen and Jan-Hendrik Többe are new Partners at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. They will be supporting the Corporate Performance Competence Center from the Berlin and Hamburg offices.
"We are very happy to welcome Uwe Johnen and Jan-Hendrik Többe, two more Partners with extensive expertise in both practice and theory," says Bernd Brunke, Head of the Corporate Performance Competence Center and member of Roland Berger's global Executive Comittee.
Uwe Johnen (47) worked in Roland Berger's Corporate Performance Competence Center from 1996 to 2008, the final six years as Partner. There he supported countless European restructuring cases, focusing on medium-sized companies as they launched programs for improving performance and growth. Uwe then went on to hold several positions as Chief Restructuring Officer in SMEs as well as assuming advisory and supervisory roles.
Uwe studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen. He then worked as a design engineer for the Continental Group and as a product manager at a university-affiliated consultancy. At the same time, Uwe completed a degree in economics. Afterward, he worked as a consultant for the Diebold Debis Group.
In returning to the Corporate Performance Competence Center, Uwe will be bringing his more than 20 years of consulting experience, particularly in the automotive supply and engineered products & high tech industries, to Roland Berger's Berlin office.
Jan-Hendrik Többe (40) is coming to Roland Berger from a leading international accounting firm where he had been in the advisory business since 2006, ultimately as Partner. As head of the Hamburg office's business recovery services (restructuring consulting), Jan-Hendrik was responsible for developing and implementing restructuring concepts, issuing expert reports and strategically realigning various companies.
He studied business administration at the Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein and earned his MBA from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2000. He began his career at a consultancy in Bremen, as a project manager focusing primarily on restructuring. Throughout his career, Jan-Hendrik has worked on projects in the maritime sector, but also has experience in logistics, consumer goods, Internet commerce and automotive.
With his long years of experience in restructuring and his broad expertise, Jan-Hendrik will be an asset to the Hamburg office of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
