Manish Marwaha is a Principal at Roland Berger’s Swiss office in Zurich. He joined the firm in 2014 and is part of the Industrial Products & Services Competence Center. He works extensively across the industrial spectrum on large strategic and operational transformations with global players in Europe and North America.
He has hands on experience across the entire lifecycle of industrial products viz. Manufacturing, Installation and Commissioning (EPC) and Service (especially long-term service contracts) for equipment and systems in industrial environments, specifically:
• Mechanical: Pumps, Compressors, Gas and Steam Turbines, Renewables
• Electrical: Generators, Drives, transmission and Distribution equipment, Switchgears, Transformers
• Automation & Control: Sensors, Valves, Actuators, Distributed Control Systems, Process automation, Remote monitoring
Over the past years with Roland Berger he has managed several keynote projects covering manufacturing, digital supply chain, post-merger integration and service topics. He is active in the Energy, Capital Goods, Automotive, Chemicals and Consumer Goods sectors.
Prior to Roland Berger, Manish brings over 12 years of global industrial experience with several assignments in North America, Europe and emerging markets e.g. Russia, India and South East Asia. During this time, he managed the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) of a USD 600m (500 MW) power plant, created a Global independent Turbine and Generator service business competing with OEMs and led several public and private M&A transactions from deal sourcing to post-merger integration and value creation.
He is very passionate about Digital Supply Chain especially Supply Chain Planning 4.0 and is actively conducting projects and authoring articles and studies.
