Ralph Büchele is a Partner in Roland Berger's Civil Economics, Energy & Infrastructure, Chemicals & Pharma Competence Center. Ralph joined Roland Berger in 2001 and has more than 17 years of industry and strategic management consulting experience in projects in the private and public sectors.
Ralph's project work focuses on strategic asset and transformation management projects in key sectors such as construction, energy, chemicals, green technology as well as large-scale technology and transformation projects in asset-intensive industries. Ralph is an expert in building and production infrastructure in the process industry and specializes in real estate management and environmental technology.
Together with his team, Ralph has supported numerous complex transformation projects along the entire asset value chain. His focus areas are business and portfolio development, investment/divestment strategy, innovation management, asset performance improvement, energy efficiency and financial optimization.
Ralph advises a wide range of clients in both the private and public sectors, including large industry players, property and non-property companies, technology and service providers, infrastructure operators and national governments. He has extensive international project experience covering Western, Central & Eastern Europe.
