Why digitization generates fear

Mr. Bouée pointed out that digitization generates fear. And that fear is caused by a shift in competitive advantage away from established companies towards those agile enough to drive innovation. In his opinion, we are living in a world where digitization goes way beyond technological innovation, a world that is better connected than ever before, but also a world where we have to face a radical change in culture, employment and organization.

And all these changes contain lots of creative potential which can be used to the greatest advantage if companies cooperate with innovators who have already started to deal with this new world by adapting their processes to the new circumstances.
