European Female Talent Program 2023

Are you keen to start your career as a consultant after graduating from university? 

Our 24-month entry-level program offers you the opportunity to get to know two other European Roland Berger offices in addition to your home base. 

The European Female Talent Program is aimed at female graduates with a Master's degree or a doctorate. 

What does the European Female Talent Program offer you? 

On our 24-month program you will work on exciting projects, get to know two other European Roland Berger offices in addition to your home base, and build an international network. Regular training and special coaching for female consultants will foster your personal and professional development. You can look forward to numerous networking events in our Women @ Roland Berger Community and meet other female consultants from other practice groups and offices. You will have the support of a female mentor throughout your journey. 

The program starts, approximately, beginning of October 2023. 

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a university or a PhD, with excellent academic performance 

• International experience from an internship or semester abroad  

• Several internships in a strategic field 

• Fluent in Italian and English
