Das European Female Talent Program richtet sich an Absolventinnen mit einem Masterabschluss oder einem PhD.
Was bietet dir das European Female Talent Program?
Während des 24-monatigen Programms arbeitest du an spannenden Projekten, lernst neben deinem Heimatstandort zwei weitere europäische Roland Berger Offices kennen und baust dir ein internationales Netzwerk auf. Regelmäßige Trainings und spezielle Coachings für Beraterinnen fördern deine persönliche und berufliche Weiterentwicklung. Freue dich auf zahlreiche Netzwerk-Events unserer Women@Roland Berger Community und treffe Kolleginnen aus anderen Bereichen und Standorten. Während deiner gesamten Reise steht dir eine Mentorin mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Das Programm startet am 1. September 2025.
Qualifikationen
- Master-Studium an einer Universität oder PhD mit sehr guten Leistungen
- Auslandserfahrung im Rahmen eines Praktikums oder Auslandssemesters
- Mehrere Praktika im strategischen oder konzeptionellen Bereich
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken, Teamorientierung
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
