Social Media (LinkedIn) Marketing Specialist

Roland Berger, a global management consulting firm, is currently seeking a Social Media (LinkedIn) Marketing Specialist to join our U.S. marketing team. This position will be responsible for planning, developing, executing, and tracking the effectiveness of LinkedIn marketing campaigns, and providing support on additional marketing tasks. This role will report directly to Roland Berger's U.S. Marketing Manager.
We will also consider remote candidates based in the following locations only: FL, TN, MD, NC, NJ, NY, VA, WI and Washington D.C.; however, the selected candidate will be expected to work Eastern Time Zone (EST) hours.
Responsibilities:
- Push out firm news and content consistently to team members to share on social media
- Collaborate with U.S. and Global teams on LinkedIn paid and organic campaigns
- Work with graphics team to create dynamic visuals for social media posts
- Train and coach Management Team on how to use LinkedIn effectively
- Train and coach team members on use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Work with the HR and Recruiting Teams to create and post career openings and people information
- Support other RBUS marketing activities and initiatives, and perform additional marketing duties, as required
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a social media marketing role, specifically with LinkedIn experience, and preferably in a B2B organization
Experience with both paid and organic LinkedIn campaigns, and with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Examples of successful social media campaigns in which you have played a key role
Experience in creating content for social media posts
Team player willing to collaborate with colleagues across multiple time zones
Impeccable attention to detail and deadline driven
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve marketing-related issues
