Andrew Hanff joined Roland Berger in 2016 as a local Partner in the Competence Center for Financial Services.
Andrew focuses primarily on retail, commercial and cooperative banks, pension plans, asset managers, and other financial services players. His areas of functional expertise cover strategy and business design, growth initiatives, private equity portfolio valuation and optimization, technology/IT strategy, cost reduction and enterprise transformation.
Prior to joining Roland Berger, Andrew worked for 8 years within an international consultancy serving major clients principally across a broad spectrum of financial services. In addition, he has worked on CEO agenda topics within cable telecom and energy utilities. Earlier in his career, he held progressively senior managerial positions within the B2B space. His deep exposure to the North American market contribute to building out our market presence, as well as facilitate access to practices and trends originating from industry actors within that geography.
Besides an MBA (Honors) from INSEAD (France), Andrew holds a B.Sc. (Honors) in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University (Canada). He is a licensed professional engineer and fluent in English, French, Spanish and Danish.
