Christoph Forster is a Partner in Munich and has been part of the Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction division since 2022. He is regarded as an expert for programs on improving performance and boosting value creation for operational restructuring, and he advises businesses on post-merger integration and carve-out matters.

Forster has over 16 years’ professional experience in industry and consultancy, specializing in the areas of automotive OEM and suppliers, machine construction, electronics and high-tech. During his years in industry his various roles included heading up and implementing major transformation programs.

He holds a doctorate from the University of Stuttgart / Fraunhofer Institute IPA, as well as an MBA from the University of Stuttgart, and he studied industrial engineering and management at the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt.
