Clemens Goeken is a Principal in the Consumer Goods, Retail & Agribusiness practice at Roland Berger in Düsseldorf. He has worked closely with retail and consumer clients to achieve growth and operational excellence. Clemens' expertise includes sales organization and processes, market entry and brand strategy.
In recent work experience, Clemens developed a pricing strategy and trade terms system for a leading FMCG manufacture. Next, he helped a leading global beverage manufacturer re-design its EMEA governance, organization and operating model for in 10 countries. Other notable examples of his work include reengineering the business processes of a leading personal care company and piloting the brand strategy for a German food producer.
Prior to joining Roland Berger in 2010, Clemens worked at another consulting firm and was a member of the steering committee of a leader French personal care company. He holds a bachelor's degree from the École Supérieure de commerce de Nice and a master's degree in Business Administration from the EBS University of Business and Law.
