Florian is a Principal in the Industrials Platform and member of the automotive team, where he focuses on passenger car and commercial vehicle OEMs.
He joined Roland Berger in 2020 and has 15 years of industry experience covering operational and strategic roles, both in Europe and in emerging markets. Florian advises clients on performance improvement, strategy development and supporting sales & marketing organizations in achieving ambitious growth targets.
Florian studied international business at the Nuremberg Institute of Technology and Zhejiang University. He also holds a master’s Degree in philosophy, politics and economics (PPE) from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich.
