Dr. Gerd Sievers is Senior Partner and Co-Head of RPT (Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction) in Roland Berger's Munich office. He advises European, North American and Asian companies from various industries and sizes on restructuring, performance improvement, M&A and financing projects. In this context, he supports both corporate and private equity firms.

Since joining Roland Berger in 1998, Gerd Sievers has acquired expert knowledge in the retail, machine tool, construction, automotive supplier and medical technology industries, among others. He studied at the University of Cologne and the University of Rostock and holds a PhD in business administration.

He is active in expert panels and lectures also beyond his projects, publishes studies on the restructuring and PE market and contributes to United Europe e.V. on European topics. In addition, as an extended board member of the TMA (Turnaround Management Association), he is jointly responsible for the specialist working group on restructuring consulting.
