Dr. Gerd Sievers is a Partner at Roland Berger’s office in Munich and a Member of the International Restructuring & Corporate Finance Competence Center, where he advises European, North American and Asian companies from various industries on restructuring, performance improvement, M&A and due diligence projects. He supports corporates as well as private equity firms in this context, and is also a Senior Member of Roland Berger’s Global Restructuring and Investor Support Group.
Since joining Roland Berger in 1998, he has gained expert knowledge of the retail & trade, machine tools, construction, metal recycling, automotive supply and medical devices industries, among others. Gerd studied at the University of Cologne and the University of Rostock, and holds a PhD in Business Administration. He regularly gives training seminars on restructuring, M&A and business planning to new consultants at Roland Berger and publishes studies on the restructuring and PE market.
