German leads Roland Berger Mexico’s Infrastructure and Energy practice. With more than 25 years’ experience, German focuses on the design and delivery of major infrastructure projects, energy and decarbonization initiatives, and large organizational transformations. He serves clients across the private, public, and social sectors, and has additional expertise in economic development, sustainability, performance improvement, financial services, and organizational governance and health.
Before joining Roland Berger, German was partner at another global strategy consulting firm, and previously worked in corporate banking and financial regulation. He is also the co-founder of a digital freight management and forwarding company operating in Mexico and Central America.
German holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico, and earned his MBA from University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
