
Hisaji is a Senior Fellow at Roland Berger's Tokyo office. He works on a wide range of projects for major Japanese companies (i.e. chemical and materials, pharmaceuticals, automotive parts, human resources, and IT) in drafting their future visions and long-term strategies, M&A as well as PMI strategies, and portfolio management.
Furthermore, together with private equity and banks, he has gained extensive experience in BDD, formulating a 100-day plan and regeneration support after investment. In recent years, he has been supporting the promotion of value-driven transformation to rebuild the strategic business of major Japanese companies.
Prior to joining Roland Berger, he worked for a Japanese commercial bank and a U.S.-based strategic consulting firm.
Hisaji holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Waseda University, Japan.
