Hisaji Yoneda is a Partner at Roland Berger’s Tokyo office. He provides consulting services which go beyond simple strategy formulation, helping to cultivate client middle management and promote changes in organizational thinking. He is also a core member of Roland Berger’s Corporate and Business Revitalization Group. With extensive project experience in startup business strategy, sales & marketing reform, revitalization assistance and PMI, he has served a wide range of leading domestic banks, securities firms and telecommunications companies. Before joining Roland Berger, Hisaji worked for Nippon Credit Bank (now known as Aozora Bank) and an American strategy consulting firm. He graduated from the Department of Economics in the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University in Japan.
