Jason Little joined Roland Berger in 2019 as a Principal. He is a member of the Management Team in the United States and the leading member of the Competency Center Interlock for the Operations and Industrial Products practices while expanding the content and frameworks around Industry 4.0. Jason is also a member of the Global Operations practice and is integrated within the Competence Center for Production.

He has more than 13 years of experience in industry and top-level management consulting. Jason started his career with one of the Big 3 auto manufacturers and later worked for one of the premiere Aerospace prime contractors. He transitioned into consulting in 2012 and has a deep proficiency in Operations Strategy, Complexity Management, Manufacturing Site Improvements, and Logistics across various industries.

Jason holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Florida A&M University and a master's degree with a specialization in Engineering Management from Florida State University.
