"We work to fill the gaps in firms just starting out. The knowledge, expertise and network we bring increase their chance of success."
Jeroen Althoff has devoted himself almost entirely to one of Roland Berger's three core values: entrepreneurship. Leveraging Roland Berger's international network, he supports early-stage ventures in honing their business plans, attracting investors, searching for partners, and securing the elements they need for success.
Jeroen enjoys building companies from scratch, knowing that by doing so he can make a direct impact on their success. He focuses not only on the digital industry, but also on high-tech and manufacturing. He develops long-lasting relationships with business owners and works with them side-by-side to make sure their companies succeed. Roland Berger's flexible fee setups make it possible for Jeroen to offer startups the support they need, but within the means of their early stages.
Jeroen studied Mechanical Engineering at Delft University of Technology, graduating with a concentration in Energy Technologies. Jeroen’s fascination with entrepreneurship began when he was a student, co-founding the ICT company Operator Group Delft. After graduating, he founded and owned Global PayWays, a startup in mobile payments. Jeroen has worked at Roland Berger since 2005.
