João Bragança joined Roland Berger in 2012 and is a principal at the São Paulo office. Before moving to Brazil, João worked in our Lisbon office and in investment banking. He focuses his consulting activities on digital banking, banking transformation and payments, fields in which he has developed a very strong track-record.

He is an expert in disruption topics in the financial services industry, such as "banking for non-banks" and "mobile wallets", and has worked on several assignments, both in Brazil and in Europe.

João holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Finance and International Management. He has a strong corporate finance background and has taught in a top European university.
