Kairavee joined Roland Berger in 2015 and is a founding member of the digital platform. She specializes in digital strategy and transformation in addition to projects along the M&A value chain.
Kairavee has worked across numerous countries (US, Italy, Japan, China, Switzerland) and is an expert in steering large-scale projects involving numerous stakeholders and cultures. She has led multiple teams across various industries such as FMCG, automotive, and tech on topics such as process digitalization, business model and product innovation, multichannel/B2C entry strategy, e-commerce market expansion, restructuring, and PMI. Kairavee supports her clients not only in developing sustainable success strategies but also accompanies them throughout their implementation process.
Aside from her client projects, Kairavee has been taking a leading role in driving internal innovation and cultural change, having reinitiated the Women@RB network in 2015.
Kairavee holds a master’s degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from ESADE Business school and a double degree in International Management (B.Sc./Master di primo livello) from ESB Reutlingen & Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
Kairavee lives in Berlin and is enthusiastic about all kinds of sports. She speaks English, German, Italian, Spanish, and Hindi.
