Marcus has 14 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, and private equity. During this time, he has lent valuable support to several companies worldwide on diverse projects, mostly focusing on corporate finance, transactions, transformation and strategy. He also has extensive experiences in industrial goods, private equity, and infrastructure.

After spending almost 10 years in investment banking and private equity, Marcus joined an international consulting company in 2014, where he swiftly advanced to Principal. He was a core member of their industrial goods, private equity, and corporate finance and strategy practices with a balanced exposure both to domestic and multinational clients in Brazil, the US, and Europe.

Marcus holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Escola Politecnica da Universidade de Sao Paulo. He is also a Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA Association). He is a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English, and has working proficiency in Spanish.
