Maryna Finkelshteyn is a Principal at Transformation team at Roland Berger. She has more than 15 years of consulting experience, having supported clients across Europe and the Middle East.
Maryna has extensive project track record in large-scale organizational transformation and development as well as PMI. She has also delivered multiple strategy assignments in both public and private sectors. Maryna’s main industry focus lies in consumer goods and retail, transportation and maritime, and media.
Maryna is a home-grown consultant, having started her career at Roland Berger in business research. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance, having studied in both Ukraine and the UK.
